RECYCLING THE EASY WAY:
All you need to do is:
1. Email us at Collections with your name, address and contact details together with an inventory (see note ii below) of the items you would like to be recycled.
2. We will contact you back to arrange a convenient day and time for your collection and to let you know whether there are likely to be any charges involved.
Notes:
i) We do not have a contact telephone number as we are invariably on the road or on other people's premises where use of the phone would be inappropriate. Email will be usually be answered on the evening it is received.
ii) We aim to collect free of charge whenever possible and we can do so where the residual value of the equipment covers the costs of collecting and recycling. NB. Residual value depends entirely on age, specification and condition of the equipment so please be as detailed as possible when sending us an inventory.
iii) We have no maximums but we can not usually arrange collections for less than five 'units', a unit being either one computer or one monitor or one box of smaller components. However it is possible we may already have a similar collection in the same area and would be able to combine so please email to check.
iv) Equipment can be delivered to our reception unit in Fishponds, Bristol,
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm or Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm.

(If delivering equipment please remove PCs, Monitors, Printers, etc from any original boxes/polystyrene packaging).
v) The only items we charge for processing are CRT Monitors. (We are currently only able to accept CRTs up to and including 17" screen size) Unfortunately there is a financial cost involved in the specialised recycling of these items for which we must make a per unit charge - currently £5.00. Regretfully we can not accept at all CRTs of 19" and larger.
