All you need to do is:

1. Email us at with your name, address and contact details together with an inventory (see note i below) of the items you would like to be recycled.

2. We will contact you back to arrange a convenient day and time for your collection and to let you know whether there are likely to be any charges involved.

Notes:

i) We aim to collect free of charge whenever possible and we can do so where the residual value of the equipment meets the costs of collecting and recycling. NB. Residual value depends entirely on age, specification and condition of the equipment so please be as detailed as possible when sending us an inventory.

ii) We are happy to accept any quantity of equipment however it may be difficult to arrange domestic collections of single PCs outside our immediate area. In these cases it is possible we may already have a similar collection in the same area and would be able to combine so please email to check.

iii) Equipment can be delivered to our reception unit at 79A Grove Rd, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 2BP - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm or Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm.

iv) Please note that we can not accept CRT Monitors.
